I think this is a great idea to solicit great ideas from shoppers. My idea would be to pump various aromas throughout the center; for instance, during the month of February to honor Valentines Day, pump the smell of chocolate throughout the center; or during Christmas, cinnamon and peppermint.

Can’t wait to hear all the great ideas.

Hat’s off to Water Tower Place for listening to customers. Two words: global warming. Does Water Tower offer any kind of special bus transportation to the Metra station? We suburbanites would love to train downtown instead of drive.

I think it would help to put more lighted displays in the windows as in the previous years because it intrigues the customer (especially tourists) even more. The building sometimes seems impenetrable (lack of vision into the building) and the displays knocks down that initial barrier.

There is one store that i don’t believe you guys have, and that’s Rue21, they have a great selection of clothing for both men and women, and i would really like to see one downtown so i don’t have to beg my parents to drive me to Gurnee mills to get stuff from there!

    Thanks!!!

Impressed and love the opportunity without filtering to be able to share thoughts on the property and know that somebody is reading!
